Above Rubies Christian Gifts processes all orders within 48 hours. Any order received on a weekend, federal holiday or after 3pm EST on any weekday, will be processed on the following business day.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in longer delivery times and possible additional charges for redelivery. We do ship to PO Boxes, additional charges may apply.
It is very important that you know that orders may or may not arrive in one shipment because they are shipped from different warehouses. There are several reasons why your shipment may be split up. One reason is that a lot of our items come from different warehouses in different areas or different states. One item that you purchase may be shipped from our Tennessee warehouse and another from our Illinois warehouse which will also differ in your shipment arrival times. This is the reason for some orders with multiple items arrive separately.
Above Rubies Christian Gifts does not assume responsibility for shipping delays or damages as a result of the USPS/UPS/Fed-Ex services. If damage during shipping occurs, you will need to file a claim with USPS/UPS/Fed-Ex directly. We are not responsible for lost, held or stolen packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via the carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service that you purchase from USPS/UPS/Fed-Ex along with your order, any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier. If an order is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to contact your local carrier to resolve the issue or file a missing package claim.
There are times that by the time an order is placed the item may become out of stock in the warehouse in which case you will be notified via email and will be given the option to choose another item with the same price value or receive a refund of your purchase. There are absolutely NO refunds after item has been shipped.
Items will ONLY be shipped Monday-Friday; although they’re processed within 48 hours.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase delivery. We will not pay for shipping cost for returned items unless there is a defect.
Items can not be returned if they are opened. These include candles and general merchandise that has been worn, used, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
