In-Stock merchandise will usually ship within 7 to 15 business days from the date of order (business days are considered Monday-Friday). Our lead times may vary depending on the season or approaching a holiday or sale.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total cost of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. You must fill in the zip code and click View to see the shipping options. We ship to the USA and Canada.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase delivery. We will not pay for shipping cost for returned items unless there is a defect.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include candles and general merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If the product is damaged, Above Rubies Christian Gifts provided USPS Insurance! To replace a damaged product, we will need a photo of the Shipping Box it was delivered in, showing the address label, photos Showing Damage to the shipping box if the box is damaged. We also need a photo of the damaged Product or products to Issue a replacement Product.
Damage Claims must be made within 7 days of Delivery. No Exceptions!
If you contact us stating that you did not receive your order and the tracking shows it was delivered to the shipping address listed on the order, you will need to contact your local post office to find your missing mail that shows as being delivered. Please email us with any questions, firstname.lastname@example.org
Summer Heat & Shipping
Here at Above Rubies Christian Gifts, we do everything we can to ensure that your wax products arrive to you perfectly in the hot summer months. However, USPS will not reimburse for melted candles, with that in mind, please understand that Above Rubies Christian Gifts will not be held liable for melted products. Please know that you are ordering at your own risk but that we do everything we can to wrap and package your goodies to withstand the warmer temps.
It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
No Exchanges offered.
If your order has not been shipped and you wish to cancel the order, there will be a 25% Processing Fee to Cancel the Placed Order. We will not refund the shipping Cost. We can not cancel shipped items.
